8th Special Olympics Singapore National Games draws to a close

The 8th Special Olympics Singapore National Games came to a close on Monday evening after four days of competition.

The ceremony at Suntec City Convention Centre was graced by Acting Minister for Culture, Community and Youth Lawrence Wong.

The 640 special athletes showed courage and determination as they competed across six sports, like football, swimming, athletics and badminton.

The next edition will be held in 2017.
